We have a very rare opportunity for a New Homes professional to head up and grow a New Homes Department for an established, market leading, independent estate agency business. This business operates in the upper quartile of the property market and you will be dealing with some of Norfolk and Suffolk's most stunning properties and developments.

My client is looking for an experienced individual who comes with a proven track record in New Homes and someone who has the ability to cover all aspects from marketing, strategy, admin, reports, sales and managing relationships with new and existing developer clients.

You will have a lot of autonomy in this role to take the reigns, whilst being able to spend time across all branches within South Norfolk and Suffolk.
