Location: Colchester, Essex (Hybrid / Field-based)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 OTE (£50,000+ uncapped) + Company Car / Car Allowance

We are expanding our team and seeking an ambitious, client-focused Property Lister to drive business across Colchester and the surrounding Essex area.

The Role
As a Property Lister, you will be the face of our business, bringing new properties to market and winning client trust. You will focus on market appraisals, taking high-quality listings, and building strong relationships with vendors from valuation to sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate market appraisals and valuation presentations for residential properties.
• Win new instruction opportunities and convert market appraisals into live listings.
• Measure properties, create detailed specs, floor plans, and capture high-quality photos/video tours.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential vendors in the local Colchester market.
• Provide expert guidance to vendors on market trends, realistic pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the sales negotiation team to ensure a seamless transition from listing to sale.

About You

• Proven Track Record: At least 1–2 years of experience in estate agency valuation, listing, or senior sales negotiation.
• Local Expertise: strong knowledge of the Colchester residential property market and surrounding villages.
• Client-First Mindset: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Motivated: Driven by targets, success, and delivering high standards.
• Requirements: Full UK driving licence (essential).
