Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring strong financial performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business and grow the lettings portfolio
- Provide expert advice on the local property market
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Proven experience in residential lettings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary of £28,000 - £29,000
- Uncapped commission structure (OTE £40,000 - £45,000+)
