Lettings Manager - High‑End Independent Estate Agency (OTE £70k+)
Location: South Kensington
Salary: £27,000 rising to £30,000 after probation + Car or Car Allowance 
OTE: £70,000+
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6pm + every other Saturday
Start Date: ASAP
 
A high‑end independent estate agency in South Kensington is seeking an experienced, driven Lettings Manager to lead their lettings department. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be responsible for performance, growth, and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Run morning meetings, performance reviews, and drive accountability
• Win new instructions and grow the lettings portfolio
• Oversee deals from enquiry to move‑in with high conversion rates
• Step into negotiations to secure the best outcomes
• Build strong landlord relationships and provide expert advice
• Ensure full compliance across referencing, Right to Rent, and tenancy agreements
• Maintain accurate CRM and internal processes

• Strong lettings experience (senior negotiator or management level)
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Confident team leader with excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation ability and commercial awareness
• Solid understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Highly driven, competitive, and results‑focused
