Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
- Drive business growth through new landlord acquisition and portfolio expansion.
- Conduct valuations, win new instructions, and manage key client relationships.
- Inspire and develop your team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Maintain high levels of compliance, professionalism, and customer care.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Senior Negotiator ready to step up.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
