The Role
As a Lettings Lister, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building strong relationships with landlords and investors
- Generating new business through networking and referrals
- Working closely with the lettings team to maximise stock levels
- Delivering a professional and consultative service at all times
- Proven experience in lettings (valuation/listing experience ideal)
- Strong conversion skills and a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
- OTE £50,000+
- Car allowance / company car
- Strong existing brand and market presence
- High stock levels and quality leads
- Clear progression opportunities
