Lettings & Viewings Coordinator

Part-Time, 25-30 hours per week £15 per hour

We're looking for a Lettings & Viewings Coordinator to become the face of a growing residential property business across Reading and the surrounding area. This is a varied, field-based role where you'll spend most of your time showing prospective tenants around high-quality shared homes, welcoming new tenants on move-in day and ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing
Conducting property viewings across the portfolio.
Preparing properties so they are clean, well presented and ready for prospective tenants.
Welcoming new tenants and completing professional check-ins.
Following up with prospective tenants after viewings.
Keeping applicant records and CRM systems up to date.
Helping maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
Travelling between properties throughout the working day.
 
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A confident, professional and friendly manner.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage your own diary.
Comfortable travelling between properties throughout the day.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
 
Previous experience within lettings, estate agency, hospitality, customer service or another customer-facing environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right individual.
 
Working pattern
25-30 hours per week.
Field-based across Reading and surrounding areas.
A minimum of two evenings each week, finishing at 7.30pm.
Saturday working as required.
This is not a remote or hybrid role.
What you'll receive 
£15 per hour.
