Head of Lettings | Wandsworth
Location: Wandsworth, SW London
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + £5,000 Car Allowance
OTE: £80,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced lettings professional to lead a successful and established branch in Wandsworth for a highly respected independent estate agency.
 
This role would suit an experienced Lettings Manager or senior lettings professional looking to take ownership of a high-performing office, drive business growth, and further their career within a reputable property company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving branch revenue and increasing market share
- Winning new instructions and conducting rental valuations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team
- Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs
- Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company standards
- Working closely with senior management to support business growth
- Managing marketing activity for available properties
 
Requirements:
- Previous experience within residential lettings management
- Proven track record of generating business and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Professional and confident client-facing approach
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
