Head of Lettings - Chelsea
Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: £35,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance
OTE: £100,000
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Lettings to lead our high-performing Chelsea office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of England's most established estate agencies, with over 150 years of success in residential property lettings in London and the South of England.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a successful lettings team to achieve and exceed branch targets
- Drive profitability, market share growth, and overall branch performance
- Conduct valuations, market appraisals, and negotiate new business opportunities
- Deliver expert lettings advice and client updates based on market trends and data
- Hold regular performance reviews, coaching and developing team members
- Ensure full compliance with all lettings legislation and internal procedures
- Oversee property marketing strategy for both new and existing instructions
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Head of Lettings
- Strong track record in residential lettings in London or a competitive market
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with strong commercial awareness
- Professional presentation and strong client-facing presence
- Full UK driving licence required
- £35,000 basic salary
- £5,000 car allowance
- £100,000 OTE
