Location: Southfields, SW London
Salary: £35,000+ Basic
OTE: £80,000+ (uncapped commission)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of lettings negotiators
- Drive new lets, renewals, and overall branch revenue
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and oversee deals through to completion
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and increase profitability
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager, or Head of Lettings
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of the Southfields or wider SW, London lettings market
- ARLA qualified or working towards qualification
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially aware and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000+
- On-target earnings exceeding £80,000 with uncapped commission
