Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lettings department and office team
- Drive new instructions, grow the lettings portfolio, and increase market share
- Achieve branch targets, profitability, and OTE goals
- Conduct valuations, property appraisals, and tenant negotiations
- Build and maintain landlord and tenant relationships
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including performance reviews and training
- Ensure compliance with UK lettings legislation, tenancy law, and industry best practice
- Oversee marketing of all properties and maintain high service standards
- Support recruitment and team development within the office
- Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Manager or Head of Lettings
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to win instructions and grow a portfolio
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and professional
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Highly organised with planning and prioritisation skills
- Full UK driving licence
- £35,000 basic salary
- £75,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
