GTM Engineer
Location: London (Office Based)
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000
OTE: £100,000
Reports to: Founders
Build the Systems That Drive Growth
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join an ambitious AI PropTech business building the operating system for modern property management.
The platform uses AI to automate the operational workload that slows down property managers, letting agents and Build-to-Rent teams, from communications and compliance through to maintenance and scheduling.
As the business scales, we’re looking for a highly technical builder who can apply engineering, data and AI to commercial problems.
This isn’t a pre-sales or traditional RevOps role. You’ll build the systems that enable sales and marketing to operate faster, smarter and with better data.
The Role
Your initial focus will be revenue: building the systems behind lead generation, data, pipeline and sales automation.
You’ll work directly with the founders and commercial team, understand how they work, identify repetitive or inefficient processes and build systems that remove them.
Over time, you’ll expand this approach into marketing and other areas of the business.
You’ll be working heavily with LLMs, APIs, automation, data and agentic workflows, using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, MCP and modern GTM platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
Sales & GTM
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of UK letting and estate agency businesses.
- Automate lead sourcing, enrichment, deduplication and scoring.
- Build prioritised prospect lists that sales teams can act on immediately.
- Automate sales administration including CRM updates, call notes, follow-ups, proposals and reporting.
- Develop systems that improve pipeline visibility and sales productivity.
Marketing & Data
- Build the infrastructure that supports marketing activity and audience targeting.
- Automate inbound lead capture, enrichment, routing and first response.
- Create dashboards and reporting that give founders clear visibility of commercial performance.
- Treat commercial data as a product: accurate, current, traceable and actionable.
- Identify manual processes across the wider business and automate them.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a developer who thinks commercially and enjoys building practical solutions to real business problems.
You’ll ideally have:
- 2–5 years of experience in engineering, technical product, data, consulting, startups or a similar environment.
- Strong production coding experience in Python, TypeScript or similar.
- Confidence working with APIs, databases and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs beyond simple prompting, including agents, tool use, retrieval or automated workflows.
- Evidence of building automation that a business genuinely relied upon.
- Strong understanding of commercial funnels and the metrics that drive growth.
- Experience with data enrichment, matching and deduplication.
- A strong technical degree from a leading Russell Group university or international equivalent.
- A high level of ownership and a bias towards shipping quickly.
- The ability to understand business problems and turn them into practical technical solutions.
Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous if you have experience with:
- Growth engineering, Revenue Operations or technical product management.
- Forward-deployed or solutions engineering.
- Technical founding or startup environments.
- GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo or CRM automation platforms.
- Claude API, agent frameworks or MCP.
- B2B SaaS, particularly businesses selling to SMEs.
- Property or PropTech.
