• Base Salary: £30,000 (plus initial guaranteed earnings period)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 - £55,000+ (uncapped commission)
• Schedule: 5 days per week (including a rotating Saturday roster: 2 on, 1 off)

In this dynamic role, you will provide critical leadership coverage across multiple branches—managing vacancies, annual leave, and peak periods.
