Summary:
This full-time, permanent role have flexibility to work across our regional offices and some remote working available.

The position is suited to a motivated, qualified Building Surveyor with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience and a strong track record. You will undertake a varied workload within a dynamic and rewarding environment, with opportunities for career progression and involvement in business development.  

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of specifications
• Contract administration and project management
• Building condition reports
• Costed schedules of work
• Defect diagnosis and reporting
• Preparation of dilapidations and condition schedules
• Party wall matters

 
Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• MRICS or MCIOB qualification with at least 3 years' PQE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
