Our client, a well-established and growing financial services firm in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker / Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their team on an employed basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor looking for income stability, a strong flow of qualified leads, and the support needed to maximise earnings.

The Role:

• Provide top-tier mortgage and protection advice
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
• Build strong client relationships across Norwich and the wider Norfolk area
• Keep up to date with lenders, products, and compliance requirements

What You’ll Need:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Mortgage Broker / Advisor
• Proven success in mortgage and protection sales
