I'm working with one of the area's most respected independent estate agencies, looking to appoint a Branch Manager to lead an established and successful office.
 
This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, develop your team, grow market share and build lasting relationships within the local community. You'll be leading from the front, carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, negotiating sales and ensuring the branch continues to deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
 
You'll already have a proven background within residential estate agency, ideally having worked as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Valuer. You'll be commercially minded, confident winning business and capable of motivating others to achieve their full potential.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, coaching and developing the team, monitoring branch performance and ensuring every client receives a first-class experience from instruction through to completion.
 
In return, you'll receive a basic salary of up to £35,000, car allowance, uncapped commission with realistic earnings of around £60,000, together with the opportunity to join an established independent business where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.
