I'm looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high‑performing, reputable independent estate agency in Addlestone.

The Role
You'll be valuing, negotiating, winning instructions and guiding clients from first enquiry through to completion — all within a supportive, ambitious team.

Package
- Basic up to £30,000
- £60,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Ongoing training & development
- Strong local brand with genuine growth plans

What They're Looking For
- Proven residential sales experience (Senior Neg level ideal)
- Confident valuer with strong negotiation skills
- Great knowledge of Addlestone / Surrey market
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, relationship‑focused
- Full UK driving licence + own car
