Sales & Negotiation
- Conduct valuations and appraisals, presenting service offerings confidently and professionally
- Secure new instructions and drive conversion of leads into market-ready listings
- Negotiate offers, ensuring positive outcomes for both clients and buyers
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle through to sale completion
- Assist with daily workflow, coaching and supporting junior team members
- Contribute to branch strategy around performance improvement, revenue generation and market share
- Step in for the Branch Manager where required
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Handle sensitive conversations, pricing strategies and timescales effectively
- Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the standards of the brand
- Track KPIs, pipeline, fees and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, AML, documentation and record-keeping
- Support operational efficiency, accuracy and communication between teams
- Previous experience in a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager role
- Proven track record in winning new business and generating instructions
- Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Confident presentation style and polished customer service approach
- Commercially aware with strong fee-generation ability
- Motivated, proactive and structured in managing workload
- Knowledge of the local market advantageous
