Assistant Branch Manager / Senior Negotiator
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Salary: £30,000+ basic
OTE: Up to £70,000

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Branch Manager / Senior Negotiator to join a highly successful and fast-paced estate agency in Weston-super-Mare. You will support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations while also remaining heavily engaged in high-level sales negotiation, valuations and client management. This is a genuine career-enhancing move with clear potential for long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Negotiation
  • Conduct valuations and appraisals, presenting service offerings confidently and professionally
  • Secure new instructions and drive conversion of leads into market-ready listings
  • Negotiate offers, ensuring positive outcomes for both clients and buyers
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle through to sale completion
Branch Leadership & Support
  • Assist with daily workflow, coaching and supporting junior team members
  • Contribute to branch strategy around performance improvement, revenue generation and market share
  • Step in for the Branch Manager where required
Client & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Handle sensitive conversations, pricing strategies and timescales effectively
  • Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the standards of the brand
Performance & Compliance
  • Track KPIs, pipeline, fees and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, AML, documentation and record-keeping
  • Support operational efficiency, accuracy and communication between teams
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager role
  • Proven track record in winning new business and generating instructions
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Confident presentation style and polished customer service approach
  • Commercially aware with strong fee-generation ability
  • Motivated, proactive and structured in managing workload
  • Knowledge of the local market advantageous
