​​Faye launched into the Estate Agency Industry almost straight out of university in 2011 in the beautiful region of Provence in the south of France.  She developed her love of residential sales before going on to sell luxury development properties in the Seychelles, Mauritius and finally settled in Cape Town starting up her own estate agency.

Returning to the UK, Faye has partnered with Rayner Personnel to draw on her 20 year’s experience in the property industry and combine her passion for helping property professionals in the industry to find their own perfect career paths.
