Ian and Samantha Hoskins bought the Rayner East of England Franchise in August of 2016. Both previously having successful careers in the property industry with Ian being a managing partner of Spicerhaart. Ian and Samantha, we’re keen to grow the business and now have a successful team of people working across the East of England.
