Estate Agency Branch Manager

£30,000 Basic Salary
£45,000 OTE

We are working with a very exciting premium estate agent who is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to oversee their Southwold office. You will be working with some of Suffolk's finest homes and dealing with high net worth clients.

Responsibilities for the Branch Manager will include:

• Manage the day to day sales team and processes, whilst running morning meetings and coaching sessions, developing and motivating the team.
• Valuing and listing homes, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price, packaged with the best service and support possible.
• Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market, developing a reputation for being an expert in your field.
• Work closely with your team properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers

Skills & Experience required for the Branch Manager:

• Driven and motivated mindset with passion that shines through
• Full UK driving license
• Good knowledge of the Suffolk property market
• The ability to build great relationships with clients
• The ability to motivate and inspire fellow team members
