In this role, you'll be responsible for:
  • To manage an office in a prime location.
  • Be the sole Valuer for the Branch, maximising all new business opportunities
  • Provide an effective and professional estate agency service to customers.
You'll lead by example, delegating tasks and motivating your team to exceed performance standards and hit targets. You'll also be responsible for generating new business, securing market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Manager – Estate Agent:

Preferably an experienced Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager or a Senior Valuer and Senior Sales Negotiator, looking to progress
 
  • Outstanding Valuer - Essential
  • Demonstrable Sales Management experience
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Full UK driving licence
