EXPERIENCED LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Residential Lettings
Locksbottom, BR6
Salary £20k-35k
 
An exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious Lettings Negotiator to join a well-known multi-office local agency.
 
You will need have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in residential lettings and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.
 
You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants, and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.  
 
The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
 

• 12 months’ minimum experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Locksbottom area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
