If you’re ambitious, highly motivated, hardworking, and ready for a challenge then we want to hear from you.   The Surrey (Croydon) hub is looking for a Trainee Estate Agent to work in the Forest Hill Area. You will be working in the Forest Hill area but your desk will be in the Croydon Hub Centre where you will be based 2 days a week.    Our clients are a multi-award-winning company with a high-performance culture that rewards hard work and driven people! Having sold almost £1bn worth of property in less than 8 years we will give you the platform, the training, and the culture that will help you achieve your current and future goals.   This is an entry level position where you can start and develop your career in estate agency and there is no limit on both commission and career progression!   Our clients mantra is work-hard, play-hard. If going above and beyond to be successful is more of a pain than a challenge then our culture is not right for you. We are transparent that it is hard work but it definitely makes the results far more satisfying!   Also our new estate agents are given the title of Property Consultants and we thought we’d explain a bit about the role.  
 
What does a Property Consultant do?

• Conducts Viewings & Valuations (training for Valuations will be given) 
• Markets Properties Across All Levels (our average listing price is £750k but we have some at +£10m)
• Negotiates Offers & Secure Deals
• Secures New Business Opportunities
• Leads, Creates, & Implements Bespoke Marketing Strategies
• Provides an Award-Winning Service
• Communicates with Clients & Team Members Effectively
• Works At A High-Performance Level

Long Service Awards

Salary Structure

• Basic salary £22,000 per annum
• 1st Year On target earnings (after training period) is £35,000 per annum
• 2nd Year On Target Earnings is £50k+ per annum

• Company Pension Scheme (upon completion of probation period)

Working Hours

• Full time & Permanent
• Base Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (likely to be working outside of these hours but time will be compensated back)
• Saturday, 9am – 5pm (approx. 2 Saturdays a month – with one day off in the week)
• Sunday, 10am – 4pm (approx. 1 Sunday a month – with one afternoon off during the week)
