Roaming Office Coordinator – Kensington, W8
 
IMMEDIATE START 
 
This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity for someone with or without estate agency industry experience to join this growing Independent Estate Agency in West London as the  Roaming Office Coordinator.
 
 
The role of the Office Coordinator is to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders whilst supporting the Sales and Lettings teams alike. The Office Coordinator is an exemplary member of the department who strives to better both their own office and the company.
 
Main duties
 
Reception:
 
  • Welcoming everyone that visits the office, dealing with their enquiry in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Registering new applicants and clients.
  • Taking pride in the appearance of the front office, ensuring that it is always clean and tidy.
  • Keeping track of keys passing in and out of the office
  • Refreshing the window displays on a regular basis.
  • Order office stationery.
 
Administration:
 
  • Support both the lettings and sales teams with property administration, contracts, anti-money laundering and right-to-rent checks.
  • Generating canvassing letters to prospective landlords and sellers.
  • Mail merging.
  • Booking viewings for negotiators in their absence.
  • Booking market appraisals.
  • Uploading photos, floor plans and Energy Performance certificates to RPS.
  • Uploading Land Registry and verifying information.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
 
  • Precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately yet to deadline.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and staff.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage pressure.
 
Competencies:
 
  • Highly organised.
  • Communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Planning, organizing & Time-management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Problem solving.
  • Continuously exhibits a positive outlook.
  • Ability to respond positively to challenges.
