Property Manager – Wandsworth – Established growing Independent.

Job Description:

Managing the rental property portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors
  • Arranging works/maintenance within the property portfolio • Carrying out inspections and producing quarterly reports
  • Pre-tenancy inspections
  • Responding and managing any complaints from landlords and tenants
  • Advising landlords of any maintenance works required
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants regarding any maintenance work
  • Booking and chasing gas safety checks
  • Managing tenancy deposit returns
  • Administering DPS Claim
  • Providing support to landlords and tenants
  • Liaising with lettings negotiators
  • Keeping abreast of legal changes and adapting terms of business, legal forms and tenancy agreements when required
  • Dealing with ad-hoc queries and tasks when required
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Ensuring databases are kept up to date
  • Managing keys
  • Processing invoices
  • Always presenting a professional approach, maintaining brand standards and adhering to company best practice at all times

What they offer:
  • £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Discretionary non-fee earners bonus.
  • 21 days holiday, with an additional day accruing per year up to 28 days.
  • Discretionary holiday given between Christmas and New year.
  • Discretionary holiday given on employees Birthday.
  • Enrolment onto the Company Pension Scheme.
  • Enrolment onto the Company Healthcare Scheme (on completion of probationary period).
