An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UKs Largest Financial Services Provider as a Training & Development Manager
  
  
The role is to support Sales Managers and Mortgage Consultants within the business, developing the knowledge, skills and ultimately the performance of the consultants. The role would also involve support to the Divisional Mortgage Services Director and Head of Mortgage Service Training.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide Training and Delivery of MSC Induction Programmes
• Support of Divisional Mortgage Services training in both remote and office environments
• Ensure all Divisional Training is current and meets regulatory and internal advice standards
• Work closely with Head of Mortgages Services Training to ensure consistency of centrally issued training.
• Support the effective implementation of the Groups Training & Competence Scheme

 
Skills

• 2 years + in a Mortgage Services Consultant/Management role
• Proven track record in the motivating and influencing
• Good understanding of Financial Services & Estate Agency
• CeMAPP qualified or industry recognised equivalent in Mortgage advice & practice
• Effectively implement process in a changing business environment
• Proactively lead and drive continuous improvement across a mulit-site operation.
