Lettings Manager

Our client is an independent agency based in Essex who is looking for a candidate who would work in their Witham. They are seeking a hungry individual to come and head up the Lettings Department. Since the business started, they have organically grown their management portfolio, however there is so much more potential for this to grow even further.
Desired attributes for this role are:
* 3+ years in Lettings
* Hungry, motivated and passionate about winning business
* A-Star Customer service skills
* Full knowledge and understanding of the Lettings process
The basic salary is between £22,000 - £23,000 with an anticipated OTE on this role is £35,000.
