Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agent
An opportunity has arisen for an individual with exceptional Sales or Lettings skills, who is looking to further their career in Estate Agency!
Our client, based in Streatham, is a company with a thriving sales and lettings business and an excellent reputation locally for being pro-active and highly energetic. They are looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to help in the ongoing development of their business.
The ideal candidate will be smart, well-presented, enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent record of performance within the property industry and show that they have considerable expertise at negotiating deals.
The successful candidate should have at least one years’ experience in the residential sales and/or lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
The skills required for this SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
·Property lettings and/or sales experience
·High level of customer care
·Exceptional telephone manner
·Well-presented and articulate
·Ambitious and Self-Motivated
·Local knowledge of the Streatham and Mitcham areas preferred
·Full UK driving License and Car owner
