We are working for Independent Lettings & Estate Agent with a strong focus on customer service.
Working as part of the Lettings team, the Lettings Negotiator is essential to the continued success and the growth their portfolio.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of problem-solving and excellent customer service levels, the right candidate is someone able to work on their own and as part of a team.
Skills & Experience required for the Lettings Negotiator role:
- Team player
A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator
Knowledge of current legislation to ensure compliance
Full UK driving licence and own car
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Be a team player
The role of a Lettings Negotiator:
Matching applicants to suitable properties
Booking viewings and arranging access
Securing offers for prospective tenancies
Letting properties in line with agreed targets
Processing the referencing and tenancy
Logging in and out of keys in line with company procedure
Preferred but not essential
Achieved ARLA Level 3 Technical
Award Ideally some experience conducting valuations
