This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants to start or develop their career in Estate Agency. Our client, an award-winning agency with offices in Surrey, is currenting seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their market leading Estate Agency branch in Epsom.
The role is exciting and varied: you will responsible for booking and attending viewings, calling new and existing clients to win business, upselling all services and ensuring that every opportunity is utilised; canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a first-class service to the clients.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build or develop their career in the property sector. This role offers an excellent basic salary and personal commission along with use of a pool car. Previous experience in residential sales is essential.
The skills required for this Sales Negotiator(Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous estate agency sales experience essential
