Partnership Sales Executive (Property Portal)
What we are looking for:
An experienced sales person to negotiate partnership agreements with National & Regional clients.
Using our clients portfolio of ad products, the Partnership Sales Exec will ensure that they are presenting relevant and effective campaigns to prospective and existing customers. A mixture of inbound and outbound selling, there is an expectation that this person will take a tenacious and innovative approach to their customer base and beyond.
Converting inbound pitch requests, and canvassing new clients with the company's offers, this is a mixed and varied role.
- Developing new relationships with direct clients and advertising agencies, both over the phone and face to face
- Build on existing relationships with current clients, win new business, retain accounts and increase revenue spends
- Negotiating rates and prices with clients and agency buyers
- Composing advertising plans and proposals to meet specific advertising objectives
- Producing sales plans/strategies for target calls to potential direct clients
- Advising clients on best solutions based on a detailed understanding of their requirements.
- Operate within the brand and product guidelines when formulating proposals
- Keep customer records updated
- Always be looking to extend network of contacts
- Attend industry events and keep up to date with latest industry developments
- Experienced ad sales/partnership professional
- Minimum of one years experience selling adspace or negotiating partnership deals.Self starter with willingness to canvass new business as well as ensure incoming business is serviced effectively
- Take time to understand the customer’s needs and is able to put together compelling proposals
- Experienced and skilful negotiator who understands the value of our products inventory and is able to secure premium pricing
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products
- Eye for detail and a solid understanding of what an excellent proposal looks like
- Ability to operate to senior level within businesses and customer organisations
- Most importantly a tenacious salesperson who is able to achieve challenging revenue targets
