The role of the Office Coordinator will include the following:

  • Preparation of Arla Report
  • Payment of all Rents
  • Invoice generation across lettings and sales departments
  • Sign off of commission claims for sales people
  • Preparation of all tenancy agreements
  • Registering of deposits
  • Experience of nil deposits
  • Preparing valuation letters
  • Managing the touting software
  • Managing incoming card payments
  • Managing of petty cash
  • Proficient with latest GDPR rules
  • Manage Sales pipeline
  • Assisting with the lettings move in process

Skills and Experience needed for the Office Coordinator role include:

  • Several years experience in an admin position within Estate Agency
  • Experience using Jupix software
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Organise and assist the team
  • Well presented and professional approach
