Rayner Personnel is 14 years old! It’s a milestone that gives us a chance to celebrate the people, partnerships and moments that have shaped the business along the way.

Today, more than 17 franchisees and associates work across the UK, supported by a powerhouse of a management team. Our recruiters know their local markets and care about the people in them. That understanding helps us look beyond a job title or CV to find the right fit for both the person and the business.

Over the years, we’ve had plenty of fun together, too. From Christmas video spoofs to keepie-uppie challenges, we’ve never been afraid to show a bit of personality. We’ve supported Agents Giving, Mind and other great causes, and the five-star reviews we’ve received mean a great deal to the people behind the work.

We’ve always wanted to be part of the property industry, not simply recruit for it. That means staying close to what’s happening in agency and beyond, sharing ideas and joining the conversation. From appearances on property podcasts to lending our MD as host of The Two Russells podcast, those conversations help us understand the businesses and people we work with even better.
