My client has a very exciting role for a brilliant Property Manager to join a strong, growing estate agency based in their Battersea branch.

Main Roles:

• Portfolio Size of Circa 180 Properties
• We are looking for a Property Manager with minimum 1-2 years experience
• Someone who is organised, attentive and resilient.
• Thinks on their feet and is able to resolve issues within a timely manner
• Keeping Landlords and Tenants updated daily.
• Knowledge on Compliance (HMO’s and Licencing).
• Ability to work within a team and deal with delegated tasks in a timely manner.
• Willing to do further training and off the job learning to stay up to date with the ever changing legislation.
