Position Overview: Seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join the team. As an employed/self employed advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on mortgage products and protection plans, ensuring the highest level of service and support for clients.
 
Benefits:

• 28k-30k basic

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
• Offer expert advice on mortgage options, explaining terms, conditions, and potential risks.
• Assist clients in the mortgage application process, managing paperwork and liaising with lenders.
• Recommend suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection based on clients' circumstances.
• Stay updated on mortgage and insurance regulations, market trends, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent (essential).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and insurance offerings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high ethical standards.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems for mortgage processing and client management.
