My client is one of the fastest- growing Mortgage firms in the UK and they are looking for more talented brokers to join the team!

Experience required
 
18 months+ experience in a Mortgage Broker role
Strong track record of success in either employed or self employed position
Ambitious individual that wants to grow
Passion for delivering the highest standards of service
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Offer mortgage advisory services to clients.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Gather and assess client information to understand their needs.
• Analyse gathered information and conduct research for suitable recommendations.
• Ensure accurate completion of all supporting documentation.
• Deliver agreed-upon service levels to clients promptly.
• Maintain regulatory competency per FCA and firm standards.
• Stay updated on market changes, products, and regulations.
• Adhere to firm's Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
• Comply with relevant financial regulations and codes of practice.
• Uphold performance standards as outlined in the firm's KPIs.
• Identify and fulfil Continuing Professional Development needs for competency enhancement.
