Account Executive - Reading 
  
Key Purpose of Role 
  • To grow business for in the Mid-Market sector (Independents and Non-Geos)
  • Personal responsibility for targeted new customer acquisition
  • Serve as the main point of contact within your customers for their entire contract duration 
  • Development of an impressive business pipeline and responsibility for month to month business performance, achievement of yearly revenue targets and other KPIs.
  • Retention and Diversification of business relationships within your Mid-Market Customers  
Responsibilities:
  • CEO of your customer relationships
  • Meet with customers both face to face and virtually to win and maintain partnerships
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of your clients businesses and their strategic plans in order to effectively guide proposals and upsell opportunitites across your client base.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products and industry data to engage customers.
  • Develop, upsell and close acquisition opportunities across our product ecosystem.
  • Work with a consultative sales approach to establish strategic relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Increase revenue across existing and new accounts
  • Attend regular meetings to better understand the evolution of the business and review performance
  • Take responsibility for business growth in your sales territory
  • Forecast reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Manager
  • Attending meetings with other members of the Mid-Market Team
  • Attending in-house sales training events  
Person Specification - Skills required:  
  • Active and energetic
  • Great communicater at various professional levels
  • Creative, positive, with a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Takes responsibility and ownership to achieve solutions.
  • High level of personal resilience, adaptable and flexible to manage various situations and ambiguity.
  • Able to build constructive and influential relationships with all contacts.
  • Strong customer service ethic for internal and external customers
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM would be useful, but not essential
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Love of B2B sales and all that this world involves
